We take great care in ensuring that every Go!Dry product reaches you in perfect condition and meets the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our food products, no items are returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be cancelled, replaced, or refunded, regardless of whether it has been opened or not.

This strict policy ensures that every customer receives fresh, safe, and untampered products — maintaining the integrity and hygiene of our freeze-dried food range.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at care@godry.in with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

After verification, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our sole discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Circumstances Include:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Opened, partially used, or tampered packaging
  • Delays caused by courier or unforeseen logistics issues
